The headlight buckets were a bit of a challenge…meaning they did not fit! I was able to find a happy median and get them into place. Added a bracket to hold them in place and fastened to the body using 5mm nut serts. Once I had them in a decent position I further secured with Liquid Nails NL-2000. This was followed by black Sikaflex-221, which formed a gasket facing for the lens. I trimmed the lenses to fit and added a spray on black edgy to give a finished look. I had previously mounted the head light bulb frames. Marked the holes with some super high tech equipment..piece of cardboard/drill bit and a sharpie.
